SMS Terms

These SMS Terms explain the Medi-CRM text-messaging program run by Medi-CRM. By opting in, you agree to these terms, our Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
1. Program description
Medi-CRM sends texts from 833-832-2223 to people who ask us to, about demo requests and bookings, follow-ups on contact and intake forms, appointment reminders, and account and service updates.
2. How you opt in
You opt in by checking the text-message box on one of our forms (contact, demo request or intake) and entering your mobile number, or by texting us first. Opting in is not required to buy anything or use the Service.
3. Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies based on your requests, usually no more than a few messages per week. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
4. How to opt out
Reply STOP (or CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE) to any message to stop receiving texts. You will get one message confirming you've been unsubscribed, then no more texts unless you opt in again. You can also email privacy@medi-crm.com or call 833-832-2223.

6. Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed.
7. Privacy
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. We share them only with providers that deliver our messages.

8. Texts from our clients' workspaces
Healthcare and community organizations that use Medi-CRM may text their own clients from their own phone numbers (for example, Community Wraparound uses its own number for its families). Those texts are sent by that organization under its own SMS terms and privacy policy, not this program. Replying STOP to them will still stop their texts. For help, contact the organization that texted you.
